Project Three Croses is a landscape-architectural study that brings new vizions for citizens of Nove Mesto na Morave. Three crosses on the hill are an important landmark for the city and people. Huge landscape area provides many attractive places which are currently hardly acessible to people. Aim of this project is to create connections between interesting places that will get people to countryside and support their attitude to nature and homeland. Project reflects identity, history and natural potencial of place in new interactive way and transforms the space into playful landscape.
Recyclo Park Hady, Brno, Czech republic
The main idea of Recyclo Park Hady is to involve local people and promote sustainable development, use of waste and local resources. Thus, the concept of the park is the first in the Czech Republic based on the principle of circular economy. Both the name and the design of the park link to the existing part of the park, the bikepark, which local bikers have already discovered. Park Hady also combines the idea of education and phytoremediation (a process that removes pollutants from soil by plants) – this process is especially important at the site of the former pond sludge in the northwestern part of the territory. We also worked with rainwater and new pedestrian and bicycle connections.
Forest Park Amerika, Františkovy Lázně, Czech republic
The city of Františkove Lázně, as main area for spa recreation, is trying to revitalize green structure and reconnect landscape with urban space. Project of Forest Park Amerika is creating new opportunities to develope space for activities in natural area nearby the city. Existing meadows are visually opened and leading way to the heart of the park. New activities are situated in different type of existing landscape and provide more experience in beautiful czech nature.
